Michael Potters is a Strategic Partner Manager at Gorgias. Prior to joining Gorgias, Michael was the founder and CEO of a DTC subscription e-commerce brand for specialty coffee, acquired in December 2020. Michael joined Gorgias after the acquisition to help other merchants level up the engagement layer of their growth stack, and unlock revenue opportunities from support. Michael is a plant dad and loves playing soccer, despite a serious lack of athletic ability. Michael holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Toronto, which his Mom proudly hangs on her wall.
Wyatt manages agency partnerships on the west coast for Recharge, the leading subscription platform helping ecommerce merchants of all sizes turn transactions into relationships. He has been in the partner space for over three years and is passionate about working with agencies to uncover strategic opportunities to grow together. Outside of work you can find him skiing or mountain biking, preparing something in the kitchen, and meticulously following the English Premier League.
Greg heads and manages the relationships of Auctane’s Alliance and Associate programs -- focusing on Auctane’s Digital Agency and eCommerce-adjacent Technology, Shipping, Financial Services, and Consultancy partners -- across all of Auctane’s family of shipping products.
Dasha is the Product Marketing Manager at Rewind, a SaaS backup provider, where she leads go-to-market strategy and campaigns for Rewind’s ecommerce products. She is passionate about bringing new products to market, positioning existing products for expansion and driving sustainable revenue growth. Outside of Rewind, Dasha runs two D2C companies on Shopify. Dasha lives in her hometown of Ottawa and enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and Goldendoodle Finley.
Joseph Rasmussen is a Seattle native who has spent his last 4 and a half years at Avalara working with businesses selling in the US and internationally to help them navigate complexities in the ever changing landscape of transactional tax compliance. Joseph manages a sales team primarily focused on working with rapidly growing eCommerce businesses and omnichannel sellers who face the challenge of how to manage their existing and in many cases expanding transactional tax obligations domestically and abroad. The solution in many cases is automation, which is where Joseph's team and Avalara can help!
Robert Birnbach is the founder of Curious Ant, a boutique global marketing agency with offices in SF, NY & London. Prior to his tenure at Curious Ant, Robert was Global Marketing Director at Oracle, overseeing the brand photography program. A widely-respected commercial photographer for over 20 years, Robert has developed national campaigns for Pottery Barn, Men's Wearhouse, Kinko's, Subway, and MTV. His editorial work has been featured in various international publications including; Metropolitan Home, Wired, and Details Magazine. His techniques were featured in the book; Shooting Digital, and he is the co-author of the book; Photos That Sell, with Dan Gookin.

Dan is the CMO at Swym, a shopper engagement platform serving over 20,000 Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants. He has been involved in retail and eCommerce on and off since the 90s in both marketing and technology leadership roles. He is passionate about driving innovation in e-commerce marketing and personalization.
