Harley Finkelstein is an entrepreneur, lawyer, and the President of Shopify. He founded his first company at age 17 while a student at McGill. Harley completed his law degree as well as his MBA at the University of Ottawa, where he co-founded the JD/MBA Student Society and the Canadian MBA Oath. Harley is an Advisor to Felicis Ventures, and one of the “Dragons” on CBC’s Next Gen Den. Recently, he received the Canadian Angel Investor of the Year Award, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Award, and was inducted into the Order of Ottawa. From 2014 to 2017 Harley was on the Board of the C100, and from 2017 to 2020 he was on to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Harley is currently starring on Discovery Channel’s I Quit, a television series about hopeful entrepreneurs who decide to quit their 9-5 jobs to focus full-time on their side hustles.

Rob Hango-Zada is the Co-Founder & Joint CEO of APAC’s fast-growing shipping platform, Shippit. He brings a common-sense & customer-centric approach to Australian retailing. Having spent a decade working for the world’s leading FMCG businesses (Procter & Gamble, Unilever) across Asia, Rob has vast experience in converting customer insight and analytics into growth driving strategies for retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, Tesco & Priceline and numerous global brands. Rob’s frustration as an online shopper drove him to co-found Shippit with William On to enhance the post-purchase experience from cart to doorstep and back again. Shippit now powers delivery for leading Australian retailers such as Target, Cotton On, Big W, Nike and more. Outside of work, Rob is a big fan of bold red wine, fancy socks and good design.
Tash started her business journey in the entrepreneurship space launching and successfully exiting a profitable fashion publication before she turned 24.
Following this, Tash took on a Head of Digital role at H&M Australia, successfully launching into the market in 2014, and going on to work globally on campaigns including the Balmain x H&M collaboration in New York. She moved on to work at The Entourage with Jack Delosa, heading up a team focusing on digital strategy, performance and reach inmarket.
Her passion and experience is focused on the connection between the holistic approach to business growth and the role that performance marketing channels play within this. Jay is CEO of Dirty Clean Food, the leading regenerative food brand in Australia. Jay has spent his career building better networks to access quality food. Since 2019 he has spent built Dirty Clean Food from concept to scale as an innovative new channel that connects conscious consumers to regeneratively farmed produce and ethical products in Australia.

Larry has retail and wholesale running through his veins with over 30 years of experience in building businesses. These include Larry Adler Ski and Outdoor, OPSM, Gateway Computers, webqem and Veeps hosting.
His agency webqem, works hand in hand with like-minded companies that are transforming and embracing the online channel.
Ben started as an advertising creative for global agencies including Clemenger BBDO, Grey Worldwide and 303 Lowe from Hobart and Perth to Canberra and Manchester.

At 11-years-old he was already working in the beauty industry, packing boxes out the back of a local shop. The budding entrepreneur took to reselling products at school and after realising he would have to build his own brands to make a name for himself, Ammar started his own company at 14-years-old — although he couldn’t register the business name until he turned 16. The business name registered was AMR Hair and Beauty - a company that now earns more than $100 million in revenue a year.
