Michael Potters is a Strategic Partner Manager at Gorgias. Prior to joining Gorgias, Michael was the founder and CEO of a DTC subscription e-commerce brand for specialty coffee, acquired in December 2020. Michael joined Gorgias after the acquisition to help other merchants level up the engagement layer of their growth stack, and unlock revenue opportunities from support. Michael is a plant dad and loves playing soccer, despite a serious lack of athletic ability. Michael holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Toronto, which his Mom proudly hangs on her wall.
Nathen is a Chicago native who spent time in San Diego during electrIQ's inception and has recently returned to his hometown. He studied Psychology and Entrepreneurship at George Washington University in DC and has a passion for building relationships and managing business. Nathen has been with electrIQ since 2019 when it was a whopping 4 members! He now manages our sales and partnerships here at electrIQ as well as being involved in our internal marketing. Outside of work Nathen enjoys kickboxing, music, and traveling and loves technology, gadgets, and virtual reality.
